Housing Information
JRLC students have two housing options:
1. JRLC housing.
*JRLC housing will now be billed through Evangel University.
2. Secure own housing.
JRLC Housing
Students who choose JRLC housing will be placed together with other JRLC students in the Embassy Apartments, located near the south east corner of the James River Assembly property, it is within walking distance of the James River Campus. These spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apartments come with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups (see photos below). The cost for this option includes rent, utilities, deposit and fees. All costs are non-refundable and payments must be made before the payment deadline. We also provide each student with a twin bed however additional furnishings are not provided by JRLC. If you choose this option you must fill out this form by April 15, 2012
Students who choose JRLC housing are placed in a 4 person/2 bedroom (2 people per room) town home at the rate of $1,300 per student, per semester. The $1300 rate covers both rent and utilities. There is a $200 housing deposit due before each semester, which will be applied toward the $1300 cost.
Meal Plan
Students who choose to live in the JRLC housing are required to purchase a 10 meal plan through the James River Cafe. The cafe serves breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner on Wednesdays. The 10 meal plan cost $924.00 per semester and con be billed through Evangel University. This plan includes 170 meals with a beverage.
A 15 meal plan is also availble and costs $1,287 per semester.
